Barry Corscaden has worked in residential lettings, sales and property management for more than two decades. Having worked his way through the ranks at a well-known bank's property division, Barry acquired PropertyLink NI in 2005.
He has detailed experience and knowledge of all aspects of rental property management, including rent arrears, tenancy deposit scheme, deposit disputes, landlord monthly statements, landlord enquiries and payments as well as small claims.
